Activism in this field is nothing new, even so, I have organised my fair share...
It was two sex workers that started the Stonewall riots, which accompanied with lots of hard work, began the global LGBTQIA+ rights movement. As part of 50 years since the stonewall riots, I organised 30 sex workers to march in Pride in London sharing with the world topics that need fighting for.
I have spoken at the UN, in UK parliament and on national television multiple times. I have also featured in the New Scientist and am currently a member of a charity where I teach police officers about sex workers rights. I am also the sexual health and wellbeing lead for the UK adult professionals union. I sit in UK healthcare community advisory panels representing the voices of sex industry.
